Please follow these steps to become an East Elgin Sportsmen's Association member. 1. Click on the application logo below. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 it will load into your browser. Fill it out and go to step 3. 2. If you are using Netscape, the form will load into Microsoft Word, then fill it out. 3. Print out the completed form. 4. Bring it with you to one of our monthly meetings with annual fee ($160) and initiation fee ($100) if you are a New Applicant. If the above steps do not work, please email John Evers for instructions.
